Yogurt and Healthy Bones

Calcium is key to maintaining lifelong bone health. It helps maintain bone density – preventing osteoporosis. Unfortunately, the body doesn’t product calcium naturally. That’s why it’s important to ensure you’re getting enough calcium in your diet. One little 4oz cup of our yogurt can provide as much as 20% of your daily calcium needs. Some other facts about calcium and your body:

  • Your body absorbs calcium better when taken through food vs. supplements. And dairy products (like yogurt) is a great source of calcium that your body can easily absorb.
